Open the Office 365 portal at https://portal.office.com.
- Log in to the portal with your email address and password.
- Once you are logged in to your account, choose the grid icon in the upper left corner. Now open Outlook from this menu. Outlook may be set to automatically open.
- After you see your email account on the screen, click on your name in the upper right corner. Select "Open another mailbox".
- Type the name of the user you wish to see in the resulting box. If their account does not appear in the list, click "Search Directory". Click on their name, then click the [Open] button once you have highlighted their name.
A new window should open with that user's email. If access has not been granted, you will get "Something went wrong."
